WHO WE ARE

Scott Mentorship Golf Tournament Group celebrates, promotes and fund raises for mentoring and affiliated military organizations. The Scott Mentorship Golf Tournament Group is comprised of members who served at Scott Air Force Base during the 1980s receiving extraordinary mentorship from “Outstanding” mentors. We are committed to supporting activities to develop people and organizations!

Funds Recipients:

Wounded Warrior Project: To honor and empower Wounded Warriors. To raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of injured service members. To help injured service members aid and assist each other. To provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.

 

Friends Mentoring Program: The Program improves the student’s self-esteem and academic performance through one-on-one interaction, encouragement of his/her efforts to improve, and coaching, when appropriate, in academic areas.

 

Flat Rock Community Foundation: The Foundation helps people in need and at risk to become productive and independent, and to foster activities designed to facilitate the economic stability of the community to support healthy family development, and to encourage community interaction.

 

Great Oak Youth Development Centers: The Centers develop a foundation for achievement and success by directly providing educational assistance, leadership and life skills, training, cultural awareness activities, and mentoring.

The Eden Project: The Project purpose is to meet our veterans and their families where they are in their journey, and assist them in the ways they need.

Arrested Potential Inc: To create value systems and skill sets to overcome poverty.

Scott Mentorship Golf Tournament Group is an Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) public charity.
